We are excited to share that we were nominated for best Gastro Pub on a list with 49 other incredible pubs throughout Australia.
“The list represents the full gamut of what Australian gastropubs can offer up to Australian diners. From a farm-led menu in a Queenslander on the Sunshine Coast, to an intimate dining room in Fitzroy slinging French cuisine, the list shows that excellence in Australian pub dining comes in many forms,” stated Hospitality Editor Laura Box.
The top place will be announce on Monday 13th July at the Pub Leaders Summit/Hosppo Next.
FIVE YEARS ON....
We are reflecting on 5 fabulous years since the doors were reopened after extensive renovations were completed in 2020/2021
We are all so proud of what has been achieved in such a short time & it wouldn't all be possible without the wonderful staff/team that make Briars what it is today & of course our darling girl Millie.
A big thank you to our loyal locals and return visitors for your ongoing support. We look forward to continue serving this wonderful community & looking after this fabulous historical building for many more years to come.
