Specialising in superb country Weddings and Functions, the Briars can cater for up to 100 people in a formal setting up to 200 people for cocktail style Weddings and Functions. Our Conservatory is set overlooking a picturesque lake and gardens. You can even have your ceremony on site in our Gazebo followed by pre dinner drinks on the lush lawns while you have your photos taken. The Southern Highlands is the perfect area for that special occasion where all your friends and family can stay over a weekend and celebrate on site at Briars.
